This software tool lets you get lotus notes files in NSF converted into Outlook PST formatted files.
People intending to change from Lotus Notes to Outlook will need help with their existing collection of mails in lotus Note. There could be several reasons one may want to changeover to Outlook. Outlook is comparatively easier to use, being more popular support costs are lower. Whatever the motivation, however, the legacy mails exchanged through Lotus Notes is an issue. You would certainly want to take them into the new environment to maintain continuity. What is needed is to get the NSF formatted files into the PST files of the outlook. That makes it possible to read the older mails and continue as if no changes have happened. This Open NSF in Outlook will help you to do it easily.
Lotus Notes Database Export utility transfers Lotus Notes emails and other mailbox items like calendar, to-do list, journals, contacts etc to MS Outlook. It will convert password encrypted NSF files and emails also to MS Outlook. The tool takes care of the attachments including images in them. The migration tool supports conversion of Lotus Notes NSF files created in versions 8.5, 8.0, 7.0, 6.5, 6.0, 5.5 or 5.0 to MS Outlook PST files, 97, 98, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007 & 2010 versions. It will work well with Windows 98, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista and Windows 7. The tool lets you do things very easily. You have the emails database items organized in a structured manner on the left of the display area. On the right you have the list of individual items from the directory selected on the left; “sent” items for example. If you have been looking to get into this migration, you should try this out.
